الله والألوان

I have thought a lot about the boundlessness of God, and because I love color so much, I will speak about how I saw the One who was, who is, and who is to come through it.

Colors are like numbers: they have no end. Take one color and you will find an unlimited number of shades.

White breaks down into seven colors and points to God. Black produces no color but absorbs them all, and energy disappears into it; it points to the devil. Neither exists in nature at 100 percent — there is no pure white and no pure black.

The ways to God are like colors: they have no end. Every color has its strengths and weaknesses, and you cannot use every color at every moment unless you can see the whole painting and see how your color fits with all the others.

When you discover a new color, do not cling to it alone because it looks beautiful. Do not forget the goal. The goal is not the color; the goal is to live your life and reach Him with all the colors, in a beautiful way.

No color is the only right one. Anyone who says “my color is right and the rest are wrong” is not seeing the whole painting; he thinks he is alone in it. Do not argue with him until you show him other colors and he understands that the painting is bigger than any one mind in it, however great his art.

The more colors in your palette, the more you will understand why the other colors are needed. Your part will be full of color, and you will be able to shade freely.

However many colors you have, an unlimited number are still missing.

Even after all this thinking about the boundlessness of God, He is still the one who gave me the thought. I will not see further except by another light from Him, to see other colors.
